Job Title: Outlet Supervisor(Will Handle 3 stores) Location: Bangalore Company: Barbeque Nations sister concern – Om Nom Nom (Premium French-style ice cream brand) Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Outlet Supervisor to oversee daily operations, staff management, inventory control, and compliance across multiple ice cream outlets. The role ensures smooth logistics, product quality, and accurate menu integration (online and offline). Key Responsibilities: Operations & Compliance: Manage day-to-day outlet operations, ensure hygiene standards, and handle license renewals (FSSAI, Trade License, etc.). Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage outlet staff to maintain service quality. Inventory & Logistics: Manage stock levels, cold chain logistics, and e-way bills for timely delivery. Menu Management: Update POS and online menus (Swiggy, Zomato), ensure GST compliance, and resolve technical issues. Customer Experience: Monitor product quality, resolve customer complaints, and implement corrective measures. Reporting: Prepare sales reports, stock data, and performance metrics; handle compliance documentation. Problem Solving: Address operational issues and escalate major concerns to management. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business/Hospitality preferred. 2–3 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or F&B. Strong knowledge of POS, GST, FSSAI, and online platform management. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
