Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring high service standards.
Lead, train, and motivate service staff to deliver excellent guest experiences.
Oversee reservations, table management, and restaurant ambience.
Monitor food quality, service delivery, and guest satisfaction.
Handle guest complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and control wastage.
Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
Coordinate closely with the kitchen team for smooth service flow.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel operational standards.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and achieving revenue targets.
Maintain accurate reports, billing accuracy, and cash handling procedures.
