Job Description

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant. The role includes managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, and achieving financial targets. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily restaurant operations and team performance. Ensure high standards of food, service, and cleanliness. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly. Monitor sales, budgets, and cost controls. Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth workflow. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Requirements: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Good understanding of restaurant operations and financials. Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently. Diploma or degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
