Restaurant Manager

Job Description

·To ensure the efficient scheduling of the team in the restaurant, and to be responsible for the accurate supervision of their work and activities. · To achieve departmental budget goals by maintaining profits through increased sales revenue and the efficient cost expenditure. · To plan and initiate seasonal promotions, specials and menus to enhance revenue and exceed the set targets. · To work in accordance to company KPI’s and regularly track team performance and targets · To be responsible for all accounting and billing procedures in the restaurant · To be responsible for maintaining restaurant safety and sanitation standards at all times · To be responsible for asset management of all restaurant property and facilities, and to conduct regular preventative maintenance inspection. · To work with the Food and Beverage Manager and chef to develop & execute plans and actions for the marketing of the outlet. To be aware of all promotions and business strategies, and actively promote and support these. · To train managers and supervisors in effective “coaching and counselling” and the correct process of progressive discipline. · To build an effective rapport with the guests and ensure repetitive business through excellent guest services. · Above all, to lead by example through a “hands on” approach to motivate our team member to excel Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Diploma (Preferred) Experience: Team management: 7 years (Preferred) Menu planning: 5 years (Preferred) Leadership: 7 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
