Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities (Subway - Restaurant Manager)

Manage day-to-day Subway store operations as per brand SOPs, ensuring quality, speed of service, and guest satisfaction.
Own store P&L and basic accounting: daily cash and POS reconciliation, petty cash, bank deposits, and support for month-end closing.
Control food cost and wastage through accurate inventory, GRN checks, stock counts, and variance control.
Ensure full compliance with Subway guidelines, FSSAI and local regulations, hygiene and safety audits.
Lead and train the team, prepare schedules, maintain discipline, and drive upselling and in-store promotions to grow sales.
Handle customer feedback and complaints promptly, build rapport with regular guests, and maintain all required store documentation and licenses.
