Restaurant Manager - Dubai

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager based in Dubai. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage financial performance by controlling costs and budgeting. Responsibilities include staff management, training, and scheduling, along with maintaining health and safety standards. The Restaurant Manager will also work to improve the restaurant’s operational efficiency and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in customer service and conflict resolution
• Knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet deadlines
• Prior experience in restaurant management or hospitality is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
