Conduct regular team connects, providing guidance on action plans to address issues in the store and team development. Responsible for stock and inventory, people, assets. Execute targeted local marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive foot traffic, and grow sales. Build community relationships and partnerships to strengthen the bakery presence. Stay informed on competitors and market trends to proactively identify new opportunities for growth. Closely monitor financial performance of the store, analyzing metrics like revenue, cost, and profitability for the store. Implement cost-control measures, optimize labor efficiency, and identify areas for improved resource allocation to achieve financial targets without compromising service or quality. Recruit, develop, and mentor the store employees, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture. Conduct regular coaching sessions, establish clear performance goals, and implement succession planning to ensure a well-trained team is ready to take on increased responsibilities. Lead initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, creating a warm and inviting environment in the store. Address and respond to customer feedback, implement service improvements, and empower team members to deliver exceptional service, ensuring a memorable experience for every customer. Responsible to maintain health, safety, and labor standards, conducting routine checks and training sessions on regulations and best practices.
