Job Description

1. Operations Management

Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations.
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards are maintained.
Coordinate between kitchen and service teams for smooth functioning.

2. Staff Management

Schedule, train, supervise, and motivate staff.
Ensure proper grooming, discipline, and customer service behavior.
Conduct performance reviews and manage staffing needs.

3. Customer Service

Ensure excellent guest experience.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and repeat business.

4. Inventory & Cost Control

Monitor food, beverage, and material stock levels.
Manage vendor coordination and timely procurement.
Control wastage and ensure cost efficiency.

5. Sales & Revenue Management

Work on upselling and boosting daily sales.
Create special promotions, offers, or festival menus.
Track and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports.

6. Compliance & Safety

Ensure compliance with FSSAI, safety, and hygiene standards.
Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions.
