Job Description

1. Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations.
  • Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards are maintained.
  • Coordinate between kitchen and service teams for smooth functioning.

2. Staff Management

  • Schedule, train, supervise, and motivate staff.
  • Ensure proper grooming, discipline, and customer service behavior.
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage staffing needs.

3. Customer Service

  • Ensure excellent guest experience.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and repeat business.

4. Inventory & Cost Control

  • Monitor food, beverage, and material stock levels.
  • Manage vendor coordination and timely procurement.
  • Control wastage and ensure cost efficiency.

5. Sales & Revenue Management

  • Work on upselling and boosting daily sales.
  • Create special promotions, offers, or festival menus.
  • Track and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports.

6. Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with FSSAI, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions.
