Job Description

Position: Restaurant Manager – Maintenance & Operations
Location: Tikdda, Vidya Jeevan, Greater Noida
Experience: 2–5 years in restaurant or retail operations

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth functioning.
Handle staff supervision, shift planning, and training.
Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, kitchen appliances, and the restaurant premises.
Coordinate with vendors for supply, repairs, and services.
Manage inventory, purchasing, and stock control.
Monitor food quality, hygiene standards, and customer service levels.
Address customer issues and ensure a positive dining experience.
Maintain daily sales records and report to the owner/management.

Requirements:

Experience in restaurant operations or facility/maintenance management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage staff, vendors, and daily challenges calmly.
Basic understanding of F&B operations and hygiene standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
