Role Overview As a Restaurant General Manager at Chili's Grill & Bar, located in Pune/Mumbai, your main responsibility will be to oversee daily operations, manage P&L, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold high standards of customer service. Your role will involve budgeting, hiring, training, and developing staff to guarantee smooth operations and provide guests with an exceptional dining experience.
