Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Processing Payments: Handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment. Providing Customer Service: Greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues. Ensuring Accuracy: Accurately calculating bills, making change, and issuing receipts. Balancing the Cash Drawer: Reconciling cash at the end of each shift. Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the checkout area clean and organized. Assisting with Orders: Taking orders, assisting with reservations, or resolving customer complaints. Possibly Assisting with Inventory: Helping with basic inventory management or restocking. Closing Procedures: Supporting opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
