Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage daily restaurant operations during shifts. Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless customer experience. Welcome guests, take orders, and ensure timely service. Train and guide wait staff on service standards and hygiene practices. Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently. Ensure tables are clean, set, and maintained properly. Monitor inventory and coordinate with management for stock requirements. Maintain a clean and organized dining environment. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or food service. Good interpersonal and team management skills. Knowledge of restaurant hygiene and safety protocols. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Basic understanding of English and local languages preferred. Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
