Guest Service: Experience in handling guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Coordination and Communication: Strong communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff, servers, and other departments to ensure smooth service flow. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently to maintain a positive dining environment. Knowledge of Food and Beverage: A good understanding of the menu, food preparation, and beverage service standards. Restaurant Operations: Familiarity with restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and safety protocols. Training and Development: Experience in training and developing staff to improve their skills and performance.
