Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced Rest Assured Lead with over 12 years of expertise in quality engineering, automation, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in leading high-performing teams, managing enterprise-level clients, and driving end-to-end automation strategies. This role demands hands-on experience with Rest Assured, Selenium, MuleSoft, cloud testing, and CI/CD pipelines, alongside a strategic mindset to enhance testing frameworks and optimize quality engineering processes. Key Responsibilities: building strong client relationships. Identifying opportunities for upselling and expanding QE services. Supporting business development initiatives. Lead and mentor distributed teams. Aligning test strategies with client requirements. overseeing RFP responses, and driving technical excellence through modern automation practices. Support containerized and cloud-based testing. Implement advanced methodologies such as shift-left testing and CI/CD integration. You will promote a culture of innovation and continuous learning, and ensure consistent high-quality delivery across projects. Experience with Kubernetes for test orchestration and environment setup is highly desirable. Technical guidance on automation tools and frameworks. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 12+ years of experience in QE, automation, and client interaction - Expertise in Rest Assured, Selenium, Mulesoft, Kubernetes, Java, Python/JavaScript, Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps. - Strong leadership, client engagement, and sales enablement abilities. -Strategic thinking and domain knowledge in finance, healthcare, or similar industries Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Education: Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
