Overview Product Manager - AI, GenAI & Digital Transformation Experience: 7+ Years Job Type: Full-time Industry: Technology / AI / Digital Transformation Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead multiple enterprise projects in AI, Generative AI, Digital Transformation, and Automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product roadmaps, managing epics and features in JIRA, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated on emerging AI technologies. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives. Manage and prioritize multiple product roadmaps for AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements, business goals, and user needs. Agile Product Development Create, manage, and prioritize Epics, Features, and User Stories in JIRA. Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to drive successful product execution. Ensure seamless integration of AI/GenAI technologies into enterprise solutions. Design & Prototyping Tools Work with Figma, Mural, and other UI/UX tools for product design, wireframing, and user experience optimization. Collaborate with design teams to enhance user interaction and product usability. AI & Tech Research Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, Generative AI, and automation technologies. Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and feasibility studies for emerging AI-driven innovations. Identify and recommend cutting-edge AI technologies that align with business needs. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration Act as a bridge between engineering, business, marketing, and operations teams. Work with executive leadership and clients to align product goals with business strategies. Lead product demos, stakeholder presentations, and roadmap discussions. Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in AI, Generative AI, and Digital Transformation projects. Hands-on experience managing Epics, Features, and User Stories in JIRA. Strong proficiency in Figma, Mural, and other product design & collaboration tools. Conversant with technology trends, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and AI frameworks. Experience working in Agile and Scrum methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have Exposure to Generative AI (LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, ML models, etc.) Experience with automation, workflow optimization, and digital transformation projects.
