Experience : 4+ years Location : Pune (Work from Office 5 Days a Week) Job Summary: We are looking for a Resource Manager with strong expertise in Excel, Macros, and Data Management to efficiently handle resource planning, workforce allocation, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have at least 4+ years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, or a similar role. Key Responsibilities: Resource Allocation & Planning: Track and manage resource availability, assignments, and utilization across projects. Excel & Macros Expertise: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analysis using advanced Excel functions, VBA Macros, Pivot Tables, and Power Query. Workforce Optimization: Identify resource gaps, forecast workforce needs, and coordinate with hiring teams. Data-Driven Insights: Generate reports and analytics for leadership to support decision-making. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with department heads and project managers for efficient workforce planning. Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of workforce utilization, availability, and bench reports. Key Requirements: 4+ years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, or operations. Ability to analyze and interpret data for decision-making. Experience in handling large datasets and automation. Strong communication and coordination skills to work with various teams. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, HR, or a related field. Experience in a corporate environment managing resource allocation and reporting.
