Residential Engineer

As a Resident Engineer (RE), you will be the face of Eazy ERP at client locations. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-time ERP environments, direct client interaction, and a fast-track learning curve. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth ERP operations while representing Eazy ERP’s professionalism, values, and service quality. This position is ideal for candidates who want to grow from support to implementation and leadership roles in the ERP domain.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities) :-

• Represent Eazy ERP as an on-site ambassador at client locations
• Provide day-to-day ERP functional and technical support
• Work on ERP systems such as Marg, Busy, Focus, Logic, Vasi, Odoo ERP
• Support ERP implementation, configuration, and post-go-live activities
• Understand client business processes and translate requirements into solutions
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal technical teams for resolution
• Conduct user training, demos, and handholding sessions
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence
• Prepare MIS, support reports, and documentation
• Proactively identify opportunities for system improvement and optimization

Skills & Qualities We Look For:-

• Graduate/Postgraduate (IT/CS preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Interest in ERP, business processes, and enterprise systems
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Willingness to work on-site and relocate as per project requirements
• Professional attitude with ownership and accountability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
