Role Overview: You should have a minimum of 6+ years of work experience in residential apartment and commercial projects. Your responsibilities will include recording M-Books, correlating with drawing based Bill of Quantity, orienting labour agencies on quality and speed of work, monitoring progress and quality on a daily basis, ensuring quality in finishing work, monitoring progress in site management, maintaining labour and subcontractors, and implementing safety practices during construction. You should be proficient in speaking Hindi, Tamil, and English.
