What Were Looking For: 3-5+ years of experience in the air travel industry, preferably handling reservations and sales for US/Canada-based clients or consolidators. Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage client relationships & boost sales. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical abilities for handling escalations. Ability to manage travel issues, cancellations, refunds, and customer concerns professionally. Fluency in English (verbal & written); local language proficiency will be an advantage. Comfortable working in a 24x7 shift environment, especially night shifts. What Youll Do: Provide clients with personalized travel assistance. Provide/Handle airfare quotes, ticket issuances, reissuances, and cancellations/refunds via calls & emails. Resolve customer escalations with a proactive, solution-driven approach.
