Reservations Executive

Role Overview: You will be a full-time on-site Reservations Executive at Radisson Resort Khopoli, responsible for managing reservation requests from guests. Your key responsibilities will include processing bookings, modifying reservations based on guest requirements, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the reservation process. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and support sales initiatives by recommending upgrades or additional services to guests. Key Responsibilities: - Process booking requests from guests through various communication channels - Modify reservations according to guest preferences and requirements - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during the reservation process - Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations - Support sales initiatives by suggesting upgrades or additional services to guests Qualification Required: - Strong communication and customer service skills - Proficiency in handling reservations and ensuring customer satisfaction - Basic to advanced sales abilities to promote additional services to guests - Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of reservation software systems and Microsoft Office is advantageous - Preferably have experience in the hotel industry or similar hospitality sector - A relevant degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is beneficial,
