What Were Looking For: Freshers with IATA certification. Diploma or Degree in Travel, Tourism, or a relevant field. Experience with GDS (Sabre/Amadeus/World span) preferred Good command over English to communicate with North American clients What Youll Learn & Do: Master Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Sabre, Amadeus & Galileo Get trained in Fare Quotes, Sales Conversions, Reissuance, Refunds & Post-Sales Support Develop a strong understanding of Geography & International Travel Trends Handle real-time client queries via email & calls, learning the art of customer communication Solve problems, negotiate deals & enhance your logical thinking skills Work with a global client base, mainly in North America Shift Details: Night shifts Job Type: Trainee Program with Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) Work Week: 5 days
