We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Reservation Sales Coordinator to join our team at Ostrich Tours. As a Reservation Sales Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing and coordinating tour reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities 1. Manage and process tour reservations, cancellations, and modifications. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding tour availability, pricing, and itineraries. 3. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. 4. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company. 5. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of tours. Requirements 1. Excellent communication and customer service skills. 2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. 3. Basic knowledge of travel industry and tour operations (desirable). 4.
