Seniority Level Mid level Industry Hospitality Employment Type Full-time Job Functions Commercial MGM Muthu Hotels is looking for a proven Ecommerce Executive with 2 years+ experience who specializes in driving Ecommerce acceleration working with different online channels globally to optimize spending, in-platform digital marketing and content. Job Description: As the Ecommerce Executive the candidate will manage on all Ecommerce activities , including brand website, OTAs, promotional offers, flash sales, B2C and B2B online distributors. Candidate will also manage relationships with Hotel General Managers, Finance team, Commercial team as well as agencies. Key responsibilities include: • Monitor the hotel's e-Commerce strategies as they are being implemented • Daily management of hotel online presence on various Online Travel Agent websites • Managing rate & inventory changes as well as content management • Communicate with Hotel Managers, Front Office Managers and others on regular basis • Manage e-Commerce website content updates, coordinating site changes with IT and Marketing business owners including site presentation, product presentation, pricing changes and text and image modifications • Manage and update the Hotels website and ecommerce functions including latest campaign, events and promotions from the Hotel • Handle customer service for online phone calls, e-mails, facebook, etc; • Ensure rate parity among OTA channels • To do market survey, analysis competitors • Market research and contracting new online channels The Successful Candidate Will Have: • A 2+ years work-ex with track record of working in a cluster role as Ecommerce Executive, managing multiple hotels in multiple locations • Excellent communication skills and people management skills.
