Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservation Executive at Shalom Backpackers in Rishikesh. The Reservation Executive will handle tasks related to reservations, including managing booking systems, ensuring seamless communication with guests, resolving any queries, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. They will also contribute to sales efforts by promoting services and upselling when appropriate, while ensuring a smooth and professional customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills for ensuring an exceptional experience for guests and addressing their needs effectively.
• Communication skills and proficiency in handling inquiries, providing information, and maintaining professional interaction with guests.
• Experience in Reservations and familiarity with booking systems and processes to manage guest bookings accurately and efficiently.
• Sales skills, including upselling and promoting services to drive revenue growth.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a guest-focused approach are highly valuable.
• Prior experience in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
