Reservation Executive

Job Description

We're looking for a dedicated Resort Reservation Officer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for expertly managing all aspects of guest bookings, including taking, creating, and handling reservations received via phone calls, emails, and messages. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both B2C and B2B segments. Key responsibilities includes :- Effectively managing room inventory on online channel partner platforms. Converting the queries into confirmed booking. Providing exceptional support by handling client queries both prior to and after bookings. This is a full-time position, with office hours from 10 AM to 6 PM.
