Job Description

Handle reservation calls, emails, and online bookings accurately and efficiently Update reservation system with customer information and booking details Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve booking issues Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pricing, packages, and availability Coordinate with front office, sales, and other departments for special requests Upsell room categories, services, or promotions to maximize revenue Generate daily reports and assist in maintaining booking records
