Reseller / Partnership Manager (K-12 Education | India | Commission-Based) Location: Remote (India) Duration: 1 year flexible engagement Offer: Commission based earnings with no cap, supported by Hyggex’s full product, training, and demo team About the Role We’re looking for well connected education champions who can help us take Adaptmate to more schools across India. This is not a typical sales role. It’s a partnership. You’ll open doors through your network, introduce us to school leaders, and help them adopt smarter, simpler ways to teach. We’ll back you with all the support you need including demo teams, decks, and deep product walkthroughs. Whether you’re an education consultant, ex school leader, or someone who cares about transforming learning with tech, this is your chance to make real impact and grow with us. What You Will Do Introduce Adaptmate to your existing network of school leaders Facilitate warm leads, school demos, and decision maker conversations Act as a trusted voice and help schools see why this matters now Share insights from the field to help us improve our outreach and product Optionally join key sales meetings or let our team take over — your call Earn commission for every converted lead with full transparency What We Are Looking For Strong network in the K12 school ecosystem Comfort in talking to principals, directors, and academic heads Clarity in pitching products with purpose and simplicity Self driven and proactive in follow ups and lead movement Belief in the need for teacher first tools in Indian education Professionalism, trust, and relationship first thinking Nice to Have (but not mandatory) Experience in school sales, education consultancy, or academic leadership Exposure to EdTech products or NEP 2020 implementation efforts Ability to guide schools through onboarding or demo processes What You Get High commission per successful school onboarding with no cap One year engagement with flexibility on time, region, and targets Sales and demo support from Hyggex team whenever needed Training, decks, demo materials, and access to our team and systems Recognition and spotlight as a key growth partner in a national mission Opportunity to be a part of a purpose led EdTech platform making real classroom impact About Hyggex Hyggex is an AI powered education platform helping schools improve learning outcomes while reducing teacher burnout.
