Job Description

The

Development Technician

is responsible for execution of conjugation and purification chemistry needed for design and development efforts and transfer the technology to deliver consistent and cost-effective production processes to GMP manufacturing.
This position reports to the Senior Scientist/ Staff Scientist/ Manager, Development Science > and is part of the R&D team located in Bangalore North facility and will be an on-site role.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

Antibody conjugates using synthetic dyes
Protein quantification and other analytical techniques
Work with cross functional team to understand new product development.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

Minimum experience of working for industry on protein conjugation and purification.
Good laboratory practices- record notebook maintenance.
Buffer preparation and experience in handling pH meter, weighing balance, refrigerated centrifuge, filtration units, spectrophotometer, fluorometer, purification systems like AKTA.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

NO Travel is expected for this role. This would be a fully on-site role
