Research Technician

The Development Technician is responsible for execution of conjugation and purification chemistry needed for design and development efforts and transfer the technology to deliver consistent and cost-effective production processes to GMP manufacturing.

This position reports to the < Senior Scientist/ Staff Scientist/ Manager, Development Science > and is part of the R&D team located in Bangalore North facility and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Antibody conjugates using synthetic dyes
• Protein quantification and other analytical techniques
• Work with cross functional team to understand new product development.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Minimum experience of working for industry on protein conjugation and purification.
• Good laboratory practices- record notebook maintenance.
• Buffer preparation and experience in handling pH meter, weighing balance, refrigerated centrifuge, filtration units, spectrophotometer, fluorometer, purification systems like AKTA.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: NO Travel is expected for this role. This would be a fully on-site role
