Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and gather relevant academic sources.
  • Write, edit, and format academic papers, theses, dissertations, proposals, and reports.
  • Follow required citation styles such as APA, MLA, Chicago, Harvard, etc.
  • Analyze qualitative/quantitative data using tools like Excel, SPSS, or Python (if applicable).
  • Apply appropriate research methodologies based on project requirements.
  • Ensure all work is original, plagiarism-free, and adheres to academic integrity standards.
  • Prepare documentation such as charts, tables, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Collaborate with the writing and editorial teams to meet deadlines.
  • Participate in feedback sessions and revise content accordingly.
  • Stay updated on academic trends, research tools, and writing best practices.


Qualifications :

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (humanities, social sciences, or technical fields preferred).

• Familiarity with academic writing, research methodologies, and referencing styles.

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Knowledge of tools like Zotero/Mendeley is an added advantage.

• Ability to understand and interpret data.

• Strong attention to detail and time management.

• Ability to meet strict deadlines.

• Prior experience in academic or content writing is a plus.
