Position Overview:
As a Management Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive training program aimed at
equipping you with the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary for leadership roles
within the organization. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited
professional experience who are eager to fast-track their career growth. You will be exposed
to various departments, functions, and projects, gaining a holistic understanding of our
business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
● Database Creation & Maintenance: Develop databases tailored to meet the
specific data needs of the research team. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and
consistency of data by performing regular quality checks. Update the databases at
scheduled intervals, with a primary focus on maintaining up-to-date market
insights.
● Cross-Functional Exposure: Collaborate with different departments, including but
not limited to marketing, finance, operations, and human resources, to develop a
well-rounded skill set.
● Project Management: Work on assigned projects to enhance problem-solving and
project management skills while contributing to the organization's strategic
objectives.
● Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions, workshops, and
mentorship programs to foster continuous learning and skill development.
● Collaboration: Work closely with team members and department heads to gain
insights into effective leadership and management practices.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related
field.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
● Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive approach to learning.
