Job Description

Conduct research studies to evaluate the effectiveness of adventure learning programs.
Collect and analyze data using qualitative and quantitative methods.
Write up findings and reports on research projects.
Collaborate with schools, delivery partners, and other researchers to achieve project goals.
Develop and implement research methodologies and techniques.
Analyze and interpret data to draw meaningful conclusions.

Job Requirements

PhD in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in conducting RCTs with schools at scale.
Experience working with children and young people.
Knowledge of various research techniques and methodologies, including mixed methods.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
