Research Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst to support our trading team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, preparing analytical reports, tracking market movements, and assisting traders in decision-making through data-driven insights. Strong skills in Excel and Tableau are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct day-to-day research on financial markets, stocks, commodities, and derivatives.
• Analyse market trends, price movements, and macroeconomic data to support trading strategies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly research reports for internal teams.
• Use Excel (advanced functions, dashboards, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleaning) to organise and interpret market data.
• Create Tableau dashboards for visualising trading and market performance.
• Update and maintain trading data, charts, and statistical models.
• Assist traders with real-time market insights and quantitative research.
• Perform back-testing of strategies and create performance summaries.
• Collaborate with the trading team to enhance data quality and reporting efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
