Job Summary

Research Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Conduct day-to-day research on financial markets, stocks, commodities, and derivatives.
Analyse market trends, price movements, and macroeconomic data to support trading strategies.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly research reports for internal teams.
Use
Excel (advanced functions, dashboards, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleaning)
to organise and interpret market data.
Create
Tableau dashboards
for visualising trading and market performance.
Update and maintain trading data, charts, and statistical models.
Assist traders with real-time market insights and quantitative research.
Perform back-testing of strategies and create performance summaries.
Collaborate with the trading team to enhance data quality and reporting efficiency.
