Job Description

Role & responsibilities Communicating with Area Medical heads & Dermatologists to understand business challenges and potential solutions. Assist in designing research methodologies and data collection strategies. Contributing to multiple research projects at once. Conduct literature reviews and gather relevant secondary research data. Connect with multiple industry forums and hunt for opportunities to represent Oliva in the industry forums. Connect periodically with all dermatologists to publish and communicate the latest research. Support Dermatologist in publishing the Research papers. Collect and analyze primary research data through surveys, interviews, and focus groups. Use statistical software to clean, analyze, and interpret quantitative data. Prepare research reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate findings to clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research projects are executed efficiently and meet deadlines. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Aesthetic services. Participate in internal knowledge-sharing activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of research processes. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in mathematics, business, economics, psychology, or related field (Masters degree preferred). 1-3 years of experience in clinical research or related fields. Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methods. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in statistical analysis software.
