Research Associate - IPR

Job Description

1) Providing strong techno-legal expertise to a team involved in the innovation capturing, patenting, and designing of new ROS and legal agreements. 2) Providing expert opinion for identifying IP opportunities, and IP generation. 3) Patentability and infringement assessment for technical innovations and IP support in due diligence activities. 4) Exploring and capturing innovation from R&D activity for protection of API related technology. 5) Generating invalidity analysis on competitor's patents. 6) Drafting and filing of patents at National & International level. 7) Promoting and creating IP culture in Organisation by means of discussions, presentations etc. 8) Managing Indian Patent Office activities related to patent such as, filing, prosecution, anuity fee payment, FER response, hearing etc. 9) Interactions with external IP counsels and foreign attorneys, as and when required. 10) Budget and database management relating to IPR. 11) Managing and responding customer, vendor, or end-user related IP queries and interactions therewith. 12) Managing all activities related to IPR Department.
