Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Research Associate (AI, ML/Python, Matlab) at Labtech Innovations, located in Talegaon Dhabade. The Research Associate will be responsible for conducting research in the fields of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) using programming languages such as Python and Matlab. Day-to-day tasks include designing experiments, analyzing data, developing algorithms, implementing models, and preparing research reports. Collaboration with other researchers and staying updated with the latest developments in AI/ML are also key aspects of the role. Qualifications Proficiency in AI and ML methodologies and principles Programming skills, especially in Python and Matlab Experience with data analysis and statistical modeling Strong research and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a research environment PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field Experience with research publications and presentations is a plus Show more Show less
