The lab is using different model systems and the associated culture collection to understand the principles governing plant-microbiota homeostasis. The lab routinely uses omics techniques including amplicon sequencing, transcriptomics and reconstitution system. The lab is currently looking for a motivated candidate to work on a CRISPR editing project. The project aims to use CRISPR technology to perform gene editing on crops with subsequent phenotyping. Academia Sinica PhD degree standards: NT$64711/month or above.
