JOB DIMENSIONS • Responsible for product development activity for industrial oils and mainly for hydraulic oils • Coordination with TCAP team (Lubricant team, Tribology and Analytical team), with OneTech colleagues and the global business line for providing technical solutions based in France. ACTIVITIES ▪ Performs work requests – R&D studies and technical assistance - in the Industrial domains in charge. ▪ Manages and prioritize the daily activities of the technicians and provide regular updates on the work progress to R&D organization and internal clients, taking into accounts all HSEQ requirements. ▪ Ensures quality of the test results and publishes memo/technical notes in a timely manner. ▪ Conducts literature survey to develop expertise and scientific knowledge in new areas. ▪ Brings new/innovative ideas in industrial domains in charge to maintain TE’s leadership position. ▪ Ensures co-ordination with the external labs whenever outsourced activity is required. ▪ Ensures the maintenance, metrology and appropriate follow-up of all equipment’s under his/her responsibility. ▪ Facilitates the development and professional growth of assigned technician(s). ▪ Contributes to the preparation of budget and long term plan of TCAP. ▪ Takes into account and coordinate IP activities for all projects undertaken. ▪ Interacts in a collaborative manner with other team members to accomplish organizational goals; provides ideas to improve organizational and operational efficiency.
