We are looking for enthusiastic and well experienced candidate for post of Sr. Manager - R&D Industry: Pharmaceutical Intermediates & APIs Manufacturing Experience: Min. 10-15 Years Location: Factory at Sojitra, Dist Anand, Gujarat Education: M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry Job Responsibilities: Lead the R&D team in developing new pharmaceutical intermediates and APIs. Oversee and manage multiple R&D projects from initiation to commercialization. Continuously improve existing processes and products for enhanced efficiency and quality. Design, optimize, and scale up manufacturing processes for APIs and intermediates. Implement cost-effective and sustainable chemical synthesis processes. Ensure adherence to GLP guidelines and other regulatory requirements. Prepare and review technical documents for regulatory submissions. Supervise and mentor junior chemists and R&D staff to enhance their technical expertise. Support technology transfer & collaborate with production teams to resolve technical challenges. Identify and resolve process issues to improve yield, quality, and overall efficiency. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong expertise in synthetic organic chemistry and process chemistry. Hands-on experience in the development of pharmaceutical intermediates & APIs. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills. Effective communication and leadership abilities.
