Role & responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Lead and develop R&D initiatives in refining Recovered Carbon Black (RCB) products to drive innovation and competitive advantage. Product Development: Design, develop, and improve rubber formulations and processing techniques using RCB for various industrial applications. Process Optimization: Enhance efficiency in the production process by integrating advanced research methodologies and sustainable technologies. Quality & Compliance: Ensure all products meet industry standards, certifications, and environmental regulations related to RCB and Butyl Rubber. Market & Industry Research: Stay updated with industry trends, advancements in sustainable rubber technology, and competitor activities to guide R&D strategies. Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, sales, and procurement to align R&D efforts with business objectives. Testing & Validation: Establish and oversee laboratory testing procedures, ensuring high performance and durability of RCB based products. Sustainability & Environmental Impact: Develop eco-friendly solutions and contribute to Fishfa Rubbers sustainability initiatives by optimizing carbon footprint in rubber production. Patent & Intellectual Property: Identify innovative developments for potential patent applications and protect company IP assets. Team Management: Lead and mentor the R&D team, fostering a culture of innovation, efficiency, and continuous learning. Preferred candidate profile - Expertise with Carbon Black Production and Research & Development - A generous experience or knowledge of Rubber manufacturing and other processes
