We are seeking a proactive and analytical individual to join our team as a Research Analyst for Financial Markets . The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of equity markets, derivatives, and financial research. This role requires a strong focus on market analysis, user engagement, and simplifying complex market concepts for a diverse audience. Key Responsibilities: Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on equity markets, derivative instruments, and emerging financial trends. Perform Fundamental and Technical Analysis of stocks, commodities, and indices, providing clear insights to users. Analyse chart patterns, candlestick formations, and other technical indicators to deliver actionable insights. Content Creation & User Engagement: Prepare and distribute Daily Market Updates, ensuring timely delivery of market insights. Design and share visually engaging research reports and presentations using Canva and PowerPoint. Simplify complex financial concepts for students, ensuring they understand market trends clearly. Student Support & Education: Address student queries related to financial markets, investment strategies, and derivatives. Guide students in portfolio restructuring and rebalancing based on market developments. Offer mentorship on sectoral analysis, stock selection, and portfolio optimisation. Program Management & Training: Facilitate student onboarding by conducting program inductions and resolving initial queries. Review student-submitted research projects, providing constructive feedback and guidance. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with financial news, market developments, and regulatory changes. Experiment with new content formats and educational techniques to enhance student engagement. Provide regular performance reports on student engagement, market insights, and educational content. Requirements: Interest in financial markets, including equity research and derivative analysis. Strong understanding of Fundamental and Technical Analysis, including chart patterns and indicators. Proficiency in using Canva, PowerPoint, and Excel for content creation. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple, user-friendly manner. Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
