Role & responsibilities Collecting online & offline real estate projects. Make call to builders to collect projects and builders information. Revisiting the Existing Projects to collect the dynamic information of projects in quarterly and on need basis. Should be able to track & understand the real estate market, should have keen interest in Real estate as a career option. Verify the data from other market sources. Should build a mechanism to track the sales velocity and price movement across PAN India, through data collected through primary and secondary sources. Taking initiatives in order to improve the data coverage and processes. Preferred candidate profile Should have Good communication and soft skills. Should be proficient in MS Office specially in MS Power-Point. Should have Good Analytical and Writing Skills. Should have Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Should have the ability to maintain quality standards, ensuring the integrity of data.
