#Position : MEP Tender / HVAC / MEP Site Infra #Experience : 8 - 12 Years #Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech in EEE #Location : Pune / Industrial Sites (PAN India) #Notice Period : Immediate/ Serving/ 30 days Please Note : Candidates with Industrial Experience are preferable(Should be working on contractors' side) Should be interested for all over india industrial sites. Key Responsibilities MEP Tender - Should have knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC bidding process HVAC - Should have through knowledge of complete HVAC System. Design review and execution MEP Site Infra - Should have knowledge of Electrical set up during site mobilisation, quantity take off , house wiring, liasoning with State Electricity board for electrical connection. Execution of Electrical activities. Review the teams achievement on previous day and assigning work based on urgency and importance Review the Emergency work priorities for the day, week and provide special attention on the same Co-ordination with all inter department & site execution team related to electrical work Review of monthly planned work with contractor & site staff to achieve the targets. Participate in all site meetings that involve discussion on Schedule, material procurement, decisions for the smooth functioning of work Carry out preventive and on-going maintenance, and testing programs Checking the site electrical material stock & creating the PR as per requirement. Resolving issues and ensuring that work is completed according to specifications.
