Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities a) To create a safe, secure and positive healing environment to support the delivery of exemplary healthcare to all patients, staff and visitors and help in our objective of making the Institute a Centre of Excellence. b) To attend & treat patients in IPD, including ICU, Dialysis, Casualty & other inpatient areas under the supervision of Physicians & Surgeons & closely supervise the work of subordinate Nurses & Paramedical staff. c) You should be well conversant with Clinical & Administrative SOPs / Manuals/ Guidelines related to patient care & should be proficient in operation & handling of all medical equipment of your department. d) To train & update yourself & the clinical staff, including paramedical personnel in the current practices/ guidelines of in-patient clinical care, including critical care and emergency management e) To help & co-ordinate with the IT team to develop a robust IPD module & ensure that the HIS system is used by the clinical staff to its fullest potential. f) To actively participate & contribute in Education, Training, Research, Diabetes Health magazine & CDI’s Outreach Program. g) To assist the management in any other areas as and when required such as assisting with outpatient care, attending awareness/medical camps, etc. Desired Candidate Profile BAMS/ BHMS Emergency Management , ICU , Ward , Dialysis Should ready to work in rotational shift
