Material Selection: Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories to match the design vision. Budget Management: Prepare detailed cost estimates and manage project budgets to ensure all designs are within financial limits. Project Management: Oversee the implementation of design projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met while coordinating with site managers. Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and address any concerns or changes throughout the project. Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest trends, styles, and technologies in home interior design. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field. Proven experience of minimum 2 years as an Interior Designer, preferably in residential projects. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar. Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design styles and successful projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities.
