Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Aptitude Trainer to join our Training & Placement Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive aptitude training programs to enhance the analytical, quantitative, and logical reasoning skills of our students or employees.

This role requires expertise in aptitude testing, effective communication, and a passion for empowering individuals to achieve their career goals.

Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have a CAT percentile of 95 or above.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Development:

  • Design and develop engaging training materials, modules, and assessments focused on aptitude tests, including quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, data interpretation, and verbal ability.

Training Delivery:

  • Conduct interactive and impactful training sessions, workshops, and mock tests to prepare students or employees for various aptitude assessments and competitive exams.

Assessment and Evaluation:

  • Create and administer practice tests to evaluate trainee progress.
  • Analyze performance data to refine training methods and materials.

Resource Management:

  • Develop and maintain a repository of aptitude training resources, including practice questions, test strategies, and reference materials.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Training & Placement team to align training programs with placement requirements and industry standards.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated with the latest trends in aptitude testing and training methodologies.
  • Regularly review and enhance training content to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

Feedback and Reporting:

  • Collect feedback from trainees to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Provide detailed reports on training outcomes and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in training or aptitude testing are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an aptitude trainer or in a similar role, with proven training outcomes.
  • Mandatory: CAT percentile of 95 or above.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
