Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR QC AM/DM Experience in Medical device manufacturing plant as QC/QA person. Responsible for complete operation of Incoming, In-process and Finish goods inspection. Responsible for Quality Control documentation as per our QMS requirement. Preparation of test methods (work instruction, specification and validation protocol). In house/outside calibration activity handling of measuring instruments. Validation of machine/components. Knowledge about plastic Moulding process. Knowledge of Assembly product/components drawing reading. Knowledge of testing Instrument/Machine (Micrometer, Vernier Caliper, Toolmaker microscope, Projection microscope & Tensile Testing Machine etc.) Knowledge about manufacturing process and system standards. Understanding with ISO standards and gap analysis. LOCATION - UNIT-2 of HARSORIA HEALTHCARE PVT. LTD. at BADDI, HP WORK WEEK - 6 days a week DESIRED ATTRIBUTES - TOTAL EXPERIENCE: At least 7-8 years experience in a Medical device industry in Quality Control department (Knowledge of Incoming, In-process & FG Product Inspection). - Basic Knowledge about ISO 13485, GDP, GMP and Indian MDR. Qualification Diploma/B.E/B. Tech/Degree Salary range 7.0 lpa to 9.0 lpa
