Graphics / CTP 1- Strong Knowledge of Adobe application , Esko application , Ripping, pdf workflow , Automation, Desk Pak , Artwork inspection Application , print proffer gmg , Trigon , pack proof etc. 2- Strong knowledge of - Artwork, Colour Correction, Prepress , CMS, Print Proofer, Colour Calibration , Image retouching. 3- Strong knowledge of – CDI , Len , Screen , Dot shape, Photopolymer plates, Screen mesh. 4- Strong Knowledge of – Troubleshooting the print error and Solution oriented. 5- Strong Knowledge of Server Communication with Esko application for implementation and upgrade . Printing 1- Strong Knowledge of flexo Narrow web press , press Calibration , Standardization of Press curve , Dot gain and TVI Value Calibration. 2- Strong Knowledge of Screen printing , Foil and other decoration . 3- Strong Knowledge of digital printing and Cloud base application 4- Strong Knowledge of print Material – PP , PE , paper. 5- Knowledge of understand the print related test chart and requirement – G7, GMi, fogra, 6- Hands on knowledge of print Production activity plate Mounting , inks, Make ready, print , Approval. Ink 1- Strong Knowledge of Complete CMS method with ISO 15247. 2- Strong Knowledge of lab Value Delta Value and Grey Scale Print Method. 3- Strong Knowledge of understanding the ink behaviour on the flexo press . Prepress 1- Strong Knowledge of plates mounting machine and mounting tapes with print behaviour.
