Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Ensure data integrity across the region in Success Factor, ADP Celergo and Time & Attendance System employee data.

Responsible for delivery of timely and accurate payroll services, ensuring that timelines are met by the schedule and Finance and Audit requests are addressed promptly.

Responsible for day-to-day support for key HR processes and applications related to Payroll Admin, Benefit admin, Workforce admin & HR Operational activities

Responsible for Payroll statutory compliance & for all related HR policies, programs and processes

Responsible for internal and external stake holders on day-to-day operational activities like receiving Payroll Input, consolidation of Input, Payroll Reconciliation etc.,

Collaborate with HR business partners & regional HR teams to support business needs and initiatives

Co-Ordinate with Finance team for timely closure of GL Deliverables & GL Outstanding

Co-Ordination with various Vendor for a timely deliverable

Provide superior customer service daily to both external and internal customers.

Support us in Standardizing and simplifying the Payroll Processes

Respond to and work with the appropriate support teams to resolve inquiries received through HR Ticketing system, calls, etc. submitted to the HR Service Center

Perform scheduled activities and audits serve as a liaison with the regional centers.

Assists with developing and maintaining concise documentation for payroll operations, global procedures, and work processes.

Ideal Experience: The characteristics of the ideal candidate will be broadly as follows:

Experience in leading HR shared services organization in reputable MNC companies, preferred working under Global HR Operation Center / Global Payroll Delivery Center

Preferred APAC or EMEA payroll experience is an added advantage

Successful track record of handing employee life cycle activities under HR Shared Services, primarily Payroll process for multiple countries, Payroll accounting & HR Operations Delivery

Added advantage if the candidate is handling Benefits Admin & Workforce Admin activities.

Fluency in English

Experience working with various HR Systems and proficiency with PC applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint & Outlook

HR System knowledge like HCM System, Payroll System, CRM Tools, Time / Workforce Manager

Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Preferred candidate profile

Key responsibilities encompass a wide range of HR duties under Employee services, including managing employee relations, end-to-end Payroll administration for US, Time administration, administering benefits, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and addressing workplace concerns. They also play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment by supporting employees while aligning with the organization's goals and policies. Serve as a coach and mentor to Specialists. Seen as an SME within the team and handles HR escalations - complex employee relations.
